About noclau
noclau is an independent website for inspecting and cleaning copied text. Its tools help writers, editors, and developers identify selected hidden Unicode characters, compare changes, and copy a result they have reviewed.
What the tools actually do
The tools apply explicit character rules in your browser. They can find selected zero-width characters, unusual spaces, dash variants, and control marks. Cleaning is optional. Inspection pages preserve your input, and conservative cleaning preserves joiners that may matter for emoji or connected scripts.
What “Claude Watermark Remover” means here
The name describes a text-cleaning search intent. noclau does not verify whether text came from Claude, detect a proprietary watermark, or guarantee a result with AI detectors. A hidden character is evidence about the text's character sequence, not proof about its author. Claude is a product of Anthropic; noclau is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic.
How to use our guides
Guides explain specific editing decisions with constructed examples, expected transformations, and links to relevant standards. They distinguish the scanner's supported characters from general Unicode behavior. Examples are not claims that a particular application always inserts a character. If a result differs from a guide, keep a copy of the original and report a minimal example.
Privacy and feedback
Pasted text is processed locally by the application. Website delivery still involves ordinary network requests; see the Privacy & Cookie Policy for details. Use Contact to report a bug, suggest a correction, or raise a privacy question.
